1. Introduction

Welcome to Exalt, a platform provided by Aurorasystems Private Limited ("Aurorasystems," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Exalt, an Exalt employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our services are and will remain the exclusive property of Aurorasystems and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aurorasystems.

5. User-Generated Content

You may post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to our services ("User Content"). You retain any rights you may have in the User Content you provide. However, by providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of our services in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping."
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access our services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional online web browser.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aurorasystems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
